My main focus and highest goal in research, teaching and practice are a best possible use of natural resources in the construction sector. My specialities are developing new construction methods as well as to push forward digital design and production methods. In addition I am working on the ecologic and economic optimization of structures as well as the minimization of the energy demand of buildings.
